01. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return:

  • Request must be made within 7–14 days after delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging required
  • Proof of purchase required

Returns that do not meet conditions may be refused.


02. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:

  • Worn or damaged items caused by customer use
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Items without original packaging

03. REFUND PROCESS

Once returned item is received:

  1. Inspection is performed
  2. Approval or rejection is confirmed
  3. If approved → refund issued to original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)


04. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

After shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.


05. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Defective product received
  • Company error occurred

Return shipping cost is usually borne by customer.


06. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if:

  • Item is defective
  • Item is damaged upon arrival

Exchange requests must include proof (photos/videos).


07. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged:

Please contact us immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of product
  • Description of issue

We will provide replacement or refund if eligible.


08. LATE REFUND CASES

If refund is not received:

  • Check bank processing time
  • Contact payment provider
  • Contact your bank
